ANYONE... here are the dvd's I have, can anyone give me a good month rotation for legs:
4day split, gym style legs, butts and guts, slow and heavy legs, legs and glutes, and my least favorite: pyrimid lower body. I also have muscle max, power hour, muscle endurance, high step challenge. I do not have the coordination to do any step DVD's. I also run 3x week. Thanks in advance Kay
