need rotation for legs...

ANYONE... here are the dvd's I have, can anyone give me a good month rotation for legs:

4day split, gym style legs, butts and guts, slow and heavy legs, legs and glutes, and my least favorite: pyrimid lower body. I also have muscle max, power hour, muscle endurance, high step challenge. I do not have the coordination to do any step DVD's. I also run 3x week. Thanks in advance:) Kay
 
I would love to see a rotation for this also! My goal right now is to lose fat around my middle, but I still work my legs twice a week. I don't step either and get my cardio from mountainbiking or roadbiking. When I work my legs I use my squat machine and pick out Slow and Heavy and Pyramids, or will do Legs & Glutes. I just ordered Butts and Guts so that's another option. But I devote two days a week to this for at least an hour each time.

I had great results with the June 07 rotation and it uses most of the dvds that you have. I think the only one you are missing is MIS, but you could sub something else. The June 08 rotation is similar.

Hi I just started this rotation hope it helps

cardio/abs
upperbody
cardio/abs
lowerbody
off
upperbody
lowerbody
will be using cathes dvds pyramids upper and lower bodys.
 
Not Tracy - but in the Forums main page, go to the "Video and DVD Rotations" topic, then go to the 2nd link or so down - "index of Cathe Rotations through July 2007."
