I have never tried any of her Dvd's. I was thinking of ordering some. Does anyone have a do or don't list?

Thanks,Amy

I really like her Cardio Kick, Cardio Sculpt, The Shape of Things to Come.

The first is kickbox - stepping, the second and third are more circuit types of workouts.

I bought her latest series and I have only tried the step once and the body wt. one once. I really like her 30 min Kickboxing one, once you learn the moves you get a great calorie burn. It comes with a tutorial on the dvd so that helps.

I liked her Athletic Step DVD. Her Kickboxing workout drives me crazy because she doesn't cue at all. You have to watch the tutorial to get the moves down, which takes time away from your workout. If you don't do the workout often, I would think you'd have to watch the tutorial each time.

I got her 30 min to Fitness KB and Bootcamp. I like them while I viewing them. But when I actually did them, for some reasons, I just could not click with her. But that is just my personal taste. I read many threads that a lot of people like her work out.

I like her kickbox one - it did take two-three times through to learn the steps, but now I like that since it keeps the workout moving. I'm blessed with two left feet :)

I found her bodyweight 30 minute dvd too easy for a strength training day, but it gave a very nice relaxation of muscles after a long day of gardening, by warming them up;I've 'demoted' it from strength to stretch and use it that way now.

Boot camp was fun!

I have CardioBlast and Cardio/Scupt; they were gifts I haven't tried out yet.

Kelly strikes me as a nicer 'tough girl' than Jillian. I was a bit put off at first, by her manner and the sets/outfits, but now I really like her.

I have the thirty minutes to fitness, kickbox, bootcamp, plyo/step one and the lower body one with no weights. I like the plyo and kickbox the best, then the bootcamp and fitness and the lower body one not so much.
HTH,
Laura

ps I also have her stepkickboxing #2 didn't much care for it.
