The only weight training I've done is STS since it came out. Next week I'll be starting meso 3 and this is the 4th rotation Ive done. I think I'm going to following fitnessfreaks get ready for summer rotation when i'm done with STS. I've made significant increases in the amount of weight I can now lift. When I do my other cathe workouts like MM, ME and all the circuits, what percentage of my 1RM should I use? I dont want to lose the toned muscles I have gotten so I don't want to lift to less, but not too much either. Help
