I would appreciate anyone's help! I am looking for video's that are only weights with no cardio. I do cardio on my treadmill. I want a tough and effective workout. I do not own a step(and don't plan on getting one) but do have a 14in stool, medicine ball, large workout ball, asst weights and barbell. I need a workout that doesn't require the step. I am at an intermediate level, however I would like a workout that I can adjust the level. I don't want it to be too easy. I only have 2 - 3 days a week for strength training. I was looking at the Pure strength series which looked like something that would suit me. How does this series compare to the Pyramid upper and lower. Any other suggestions?
