Need help figuring a rotation with an INJURY!


I've been trying to get back in shape after having my baby 8 months ago and was running for the past 2 months using the couch to 5k program. It went great so I started doing Barry's Bootcamp treadmill workouts and i injured my lower inside calf muscle from running inclines on a treadmill. It hurts to even walk on it. I'm told to rest as much as possible but can continue weight/pilates/yoga type workouts.

Can someone suggest a rotation for me so I can try to get fit during this injury?
