Hi guys!
I was wondering if any of you can give me some suggestions on a month or even a week rotation with the dvd's I own. I am new to Cathe workouts and I don't have that many dvds, I own, butts and gutts, core max, basic step, and drill max. I would like to create a rotation just with these dvds because right now I can not afford to buy more, well, maybe one more, but i am trying not to. My first goal is my legs and glutes, 2nd goal are my abs. Not looking to loose weight, I am in my ideal weight. would like to be in top shape for summer time, by mid june to be exact (one month) so anything challenging is welcome.
