need feedback on this rotation, please!

Hi everyone!
I'm new to "structured" rotations and recently tried to put one together, and I'd like to know if I'm on the right track here. My goals are to burn off fat (mostly on the lower body) and tone up my muscles. Here's what I've come up with:
M - PowerHour + CTX: Power Circuit cardio
T - Power Max + Pilates
W - Circuit Max + Pilates
R - Interval Max
F - Power Hour + Pilates
S - run 30-45 min + abs
S - REST/Pilates

The Pilates sessions are about 20-30 min each, and focus on either the abs or the lower body, except for Sunday which is a short relaxing total body session. I'm someone whose legs bulk up very easily, and I'm hoping that this rotation will work for me. Like I said, I'm new at this rotation thing, and would really appreciate some feedback from all of you experienced Cathe-ites! Thanks a lot!

Hi Sarah! I only have one suggestion! You may want to rethink doing PowerCircuit on the same day as PowerHour. PowerHour has a lot of really good leg work on it's own. This is just a suggestion, but you may want to do say.....PowerHour and then run for 30 minutes or so. Then do Power Circuit a couple of days later with abs. That has been the way I have done in the past! But.....I am certainly no expert! Just a suggestion ;-)

Thanks for the advice! I'm wither going to run or tack on a short cardio after PH. I just got a few more tapes and am having trouble sticking to my rotation - I don't want to wait to use the new ones & want to do them NOW!!! :)
