You know that game about making a list of 5 or 10 foods you can bring if you were stranded on a desert island? Avocados are on mine!!!!!!!! i am like Samantha12, I can just eat them as is-they are one of natures most perfect foods I craved them something terrible in my second pregnancy so I would have one most days for lunch. Never got sick of 'em. (Funny now my son loves them a lot too- guess I started him young lol)
But something that is really yummy is to mix mashed avocado into hummus and spread it on a wrap with sprouts or spring mix. mmmmmmmmmmm...... they go awesome together! I also chop them up and put on chili or any tex mex dish, scrambled eggs, or a potato topped with salsa.
