Need a rotation for the DH

Hello, Everyone!

Last week I posted a question about tapes for my DH who wants to get involved in Cathe workouts. Now I have the tapes, but what is the best rotation for my husband to get the results he wants?

DH wants to get bigger, "masculine" muscles, with definition and all that good stuff. He is not interested in taking any kind of supplements, like weight lifters do, or doing anything weird or complicated to get results. From listening to him, I'm thinking he wants a "Yes, I work out look" but not an excessively muscled look, like a traditional body builder.

Here are the weight lifting tapes we have:

MIS
CTX Upper
Power Hour
Body Max
S&H
PS

Is there a rotation made specifically for the kinds of results DH is looking for?

Thanks in advance for any advice. Does anyone think this a question Cathe would be willing to answer as well? Maybe I should post this question in her "Ask..." forum as well?
