Need a 6 week fat-burning rotation

Hi, and THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!
I have 6 weeks to go and I have made a lot of progress, but I have a BIG event in 6 weeks and I would love to be at my best for it. I am a muscular body type with a small layer of fat all over with a concentration in the hips and thighs. I think my body fat scale has me at 23% body fat.
Anyway, I know how to go full-throttle on CLEAN eating, however I'm not sure about when to eat carbs and when to eat proteins and I'm also not sure how much I should focus on cardio vs. weights. I gain muscle easily, but getting very lean has been hard for me in the past.
As for workouts that I have..Cathe intensity series, timesaver, supersets/push pull, legs, glutes, kick, punch, crunch, some by Mindy Mylrea (intervals, bosu) and some Karen Voight various intermediate workouts.
Any suggestions would be great!

I haven't done the MF&H rotation in sometime. However, workouts such as Power Hour and ME can be used for the high rep week, Pyramid for the Supersets week, S&H for the heavy week, and Bootcamp for the circuit week.

Thanks, Crystal. I did print that whole thing out and I'm working on it. I have a bit of a jump start on the eating clean program, but I got strict with it on Sunday. Even from Sunday to Thursday, I have thinned a bit. One pair of pants used to have a "sticking point" and now it slides up without a hitch! :O) I think too much cheating with food makes me puffy.
 
This 8-week program looks good, I just printed it out and will try to do it using Cathe tapes as much as possible.

Anybody else with me??? :)
