my sts rotation

what do you think of this rotation?
The run / walk is couch to 5k, so it's for 25 to 30 min. i am at week 3. when i am done the 9 weeks, hopefully, i would be able to run for 30 min. so it's a gradual process.

I know 30 min abs might sound too much but i love the feeling after that, i kind of see my abs more

i am use to 5 days workout. but i feel that the thursday is less intense... or different that i will be able to make it. i hopw.

i am just on my 1st week and i am loving sts

Monday – 1h30:
STS Upper + Run / Walk

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday – 1h30:
STS Legs + 30 min Abs

Thursday – 1h30:
Run / Walk + 45 min P90X Yoga or 1 h Pilates

Friday – 1h30:
STS Upper + Run / Walk

Saturday – 1h45:
1 h Cardio + Abs + 20 min Stretch Max

Sunday – 1h45:
1 h Cardio + 20 min legs + STS Stretch
 
Looks good! Depending on how you feel after STS, those run/walk days might be a little more of a challenge, but you'll know if it's just the right amount or too much.

Glad to see you didn't plan any serious cardio after STS Legs. I tried that. :rolleyes: Not pretty.

Just remember that if you start dragging, back off a bit.

yes, i feel it's challenging but can be done for 3 month
