This is really cool! I read lots of rotations. That 30-minute one was good! I like being reminded how flexible my videos are!
I wonder if you would like me to donate my Excel charts for Power hour, MIS, S&H, and Pure Strength. These are forms where you just write the date and the weight you used. If there is a way I could post them, let me know. Again, great site!
