My P90X Results

Congrats to everyone.
I am in week 6 of the Lean Rotation. I should have done the Classic but we will finish the Lean Rotation and then decide when to start the Classic.

Amazing results. I know I would probably see more progress if my eating was a bit better. Most days I do well but then I have those days where everything in sight is good : )

Hi Marcy, Thank you for posting this.
I hope that I can do as well as you have.
I have not started P90X yet, but will when I have finished all of my Cathe tapes,I have ordered practically all of them.
Hope my husband won't object to putting up the chin bar.
Has it been easy to maintain your size in clothing?
Did you need to go to a size 0-2? Or were you happy at size 6 as well?
I Hope that you won't mind if I have some questions for you when I choose to start the P90X.
I really love Cathes tapes. And have wondered if P90X was going to be harder.
You said that you dance 3 hours a week, Do you take dance lessons?
Anyway I do not know when I will attempt P90X.
But I found what you wrote to be very helpful information. Thanks Marcy.

Hi Rocky!

I'm glad I could help. So far it's been easy to maintain my size in clothing. It also helps that I've started to pay more attention to my diet again. I was happy at a 6 but I've always had a problem with belly fat and it's nice to be a little flatter. I also lost some size in my chest and I really did like going down a bra size. I don't mind answering any of your questions. P90X was harder in certain respects and easier in others. Many of the pushups were hard at first but became easier as time went on. Also, Ab Ripper X was tougher but got easier and now Cathe's abs are much easier. The cardio wasn't as tough in the X as Cathe's IMAXes but they still are good workouts. I had to add weights for Kenpo. I prefer KPC much more. I liked that Tony used the push/pull method instead of the way Cathe exhausts each body part before moving on. That definitely helped with my strength gains as I was able to rest and then have more energy again. I take line dance lessons now but took ballet for 7 years. I've also taken jazz, tap and flamenco. I used the Door Gym which is very easy to put up and take down and worked very well for me.

Let me know when you get around to doing the X and I'll help any way I can.
