I was looking for a motivating 45 to 50 minute cardio workout onto which I wanted to add the last hi/lo from SJ&P (as a sort of cool down) and an upper body weight section. I came up with the following routine to program into my DVD player. I thought you might be interested. With the short sections, the workout just flies by.
Step Blast was Disk 1, CTX w/Power Circuit was Disk 2 and Cardio&Weights was Disk 3

You may have noticed that (D1, T4, C22) was repeated after each blast. This is a really short chapter (20 seconds???) where Cathe is grape vining and I used the time to get water.
