My Christmas present came early

Lucky you! I have used iFit. The workouts control your treadmill. Beneficial for older treadmills, like mines, that have very limited programs built in. You can also download a free program called i2workout. You can create your own programs for iFit compatible equipment.

That is an awesome gift!

We are a strange bunch here. Think how many would be angry/insulted/hurt if there spouse gave them a health/fitness item for a special occasion. Not us.

I read a lot of gushing about Cardio Coach workouts but not a lot of specifics. Please give us some details as you start using them on the treadmill.

How wonderful! I love the Nordic Track treadmills - they don't kill my shins like the other treadmills do (concrete doesn't bother me as much as some treadmills). Merry Christmas!

What an excellent Christmas gift! I have a NordicTrack treadmill and I love it. It's iFit compatible, too, but I haven't used that feature so I can't comment (maybe we can learn together?). I just love the wide cushioned track, automatic incline and all the different programs. Your DH is a super guy! It's wonderful you can begin using it before Christmas! Enjoy!

P.S. And please share your comments about iFIT when you can.

It took some work getting it in the house. It is big but folds up. The last treadmill I had was a proform. Between DH & I it wore out in 18 months. DH bought an extended warranty on this one for me. I played with it some already. Kim, I think the auto incline is great. You can get it to do almost anything with one button. Michelle I do have cardio coach and I think it is a great program geared towards those with cardio equipment. I implemented it with Bowflex rowing and my own intensity like jumping rope etc.. I see that iFIT has programs that can be downloaded off of their website and used to auto program your treadmill. It looks interesting. I think my DH is so wonderful think of this for me. Yes Missy, he is the best. Debra I know what you mean about family and fitness for gifts. DH understands and my children are beginning to.

OMGosh! You are so spoiled and I'm sure you deserve it:):)!! Your DH seems so wonderful. I remember when he got on the forums to wish you happy birthday, how sweet! Hope all is well with you and as always- you look AWESOME!!!
