My Cathe Chrono Mission

Oh that's great! Where do you post your rotations? I'd love to follow along (and steal some ideas from you).
TrekkieLianne, I don't post rotations usually. My rotation idea is pretty simple ... each week will be a different older series; Hardcore & Xtrain will get 2 weeks each (one week in each month). I'm reserving 4DS, FitSplit, CTX, and the BodyBlast Timesaver dvd for December (unless we get some new workouts by then ;-))).
 
TrekkieLianne, So I was checking my rotation idea for October and this is my tentative rotation: Saturdays are usually an outdoor walk, hike, garden/yard work, etc during the warmer months - often a kickbox in the winter. Sunday is a rest day usually. I also usually check Cathe's monthly rotation before I commit.

1 Intensity Series Week
M IS Pyramid LB

F IS Muscle Endurance

2 Pure Strength + Early Step
M PS Back Biceps Abs
T Cathe Step Works
