You need a combination of tapes. Cardio to burn excess fat and strength training to tone the underlying muscles. BodyMax and the Cross Train Express combine both types of exercise. Otherwise, strength tapes are either endurance-building like Power Hour using lighter weights and higer reps or strength-building like the Power Series and Slow and Heavy Series, using heavy weights and fewer reps.
