My 16 yr old wants to improve her stregth for running

Cathe,
My 16 yr old is wanting to start training for cross country this fall, she really needs to improve her strength, endurance and performance. She really doesn't want to do aerobics but wants to use Cathe tapes to help her times. Can you suggest a routine?

Hi,
I'm not Cathe but you might want to check the post in this forum from a few days ago titled "The advantage of muscle endurance workouts". These workouts, such as ME are great for building endurance for sports such as cross country.:)
