Muscle Max timesaver premix?

Could someone please post a breakdown of the Muscle Max timesaver premix? I am thinking of getting this DVD, but unfortunately have no more than an hour to work out every day. I like the idea that there's a timesaver premix to this, but wanted to know what was trimmed from the original workout to get it down to 54 min...

The timesaver omits the second set of pushups and flys; the second set of barbell underhand rows; the second set of plie squats; the second set of dumbell lateral raise and upright rows; the second set of bicep curls; and the second set of tricep dumbell press/dips. It includes the 10 min abs. I timed it at 56 minutes. It is a good all around workout if you are short on time.
