I was just thinking this morning how great it would be to have a mp3 Cathe strength workout. But I was hoping for something I could just use with dumbbells at home! I don't use a stability ball because our dog plays with them and they don't last long. He hasn't tried to eat the dumbbells yet.

I use iTrain and Cardio Coach. I love the concept.
I am longing to experience Cathe tough/fun/effective/innovative mp3 workouts. I dont care whether they are for cardio machines, home use, or for gym equipment. I am sure they will be great and unique compared to everything else like her DVDs are.

True enough - I am just hoping for some visual back-up to the audio workouts because not everyone has an MP3 player that plays video with the audio and some of the potential users may not be able to clearly visualize the exercise without some sort of cue cards or reference sheet.
Personally I can't wait!
