Moves you wish Cathe would reprise?

Hello Cathletes!

I love how creative Cathe can be with her choreography! There are some moves she uses in her older workouts that I wish she would use again...the glute move she uses in ME comes to mind...I think she calls them " glute raises'? You're in a lunge position, except your back leg is straight and you move up and down with your front leg just burning out your glute. Of course, it comes after a zillion leg presses, so that could add to the effect. Anyway, I wish Cathe would do glute raises in a future workout.

How about you...what would you like to see again?

I Like this thread. Yes there are some moves I would like to revisit and discover fresher variations for upcoming
projects.

  • I like standing back leg kick with a firewalker holding a prop, I love what it does to all my hamstring muscles ouch.
  • I also like Cathe's standing leg stretch on upper body circuit from RwH stretching. I actually could feel my
pelvic, deepest abs muscles. I was surprised.
  • Third but not least is the good old variation of superman lying on the floor, working asymetrically and unilaterally.
  • Again This felt a bit like seating on captain chair:p:p. Yes I would rather do this then end up having to deal with any
leakage when I grow ;);)further up!!!

Oh, I do love Air star Jack ;);), Well some ladies don't, but I do;)

Oh, those are some good ones! I also love low pulse lunges, although I can't remember what workout it's in...but you have a 5 lb weight, go low into a lunge position and stay there...it stings! I love it. I think it's from some workout in LIS.

Beth-B-Fit - I don't know what it is about my body, but pendulums really get my heart rate up there. It looks like such a happy-go-lucky move, but it's deceptive. My favorite pendulums are in DrillMax, when holding the stability ball. :)

I did ME sunday night, I also like that move the op mention. . I also like the stability ball glute raise in not sure if its bootcamp or drill max. You are face down on the ball and lift your legs, its a great glute move also.

Low pulses lunges are in Butt and Guts dvds and Great Glutes. I also love standing glute raise I believe they are Butt and Guts.
I am not sure though! I can remember really feeling each move while raising:):):)

Oh, I love ricochet and pendulum. I miss basket ball moves from Body max.
My favourite move is combining figure of 8 followed by shuffle repeater PRS#2 Whewie --- Love it;):)
It's my happiest move:)

This highlighted above is a great exercise for glute. I prefer to do it reversing on an inclined bench cause I feel I get
better range of motion:) It does cook glute muscles really good:)

Oh my gosh, I LOVE that move, too! She does it in another video, but you put your legs in a frog shape...but again, I can't remember which workout.

I actually love using the ankle weights!
I also have to add I wish she would do a muscle max 2 that ones is full body and it really seems as if u work all muscles to the max if u lift heavy enough
