Move to sub for power box in step sync finished combos?

I love step sync and think that I will frequently use the finished combos 2 or 3 times premixes. Does anyone know of an alternative move to use between the combos instead of the power box? Something that would provide the same brain break but mix up the move a bit?
 
Do you have 4 day split higher intensity and lower intensity step workouts?
In Higher Intensity in the finished combos she does power boxes in between the
Combos like in Sync, but in Lower Intensity finished combos, she does outer
Thighs around the world ( step) then does jump shot corner to corner and again
One more time to the other corner and one basic and you are ready to do the
Outer thigh lifts around the step starting other side,with the 3 jump shots
Alternating corner to corner and a basic. I believe the count for all that will be
The same as doing Power Boxes 2 times.
 
You can also due the "sculpting" as Cathe says in some other videos. It's like a repeater but you stay lower down. Do 1 stradle, do 2 stradle, and so on. That should work to the same count or just do repeaters to the same count if staying lower is hard on you knees or back. I hope I described it okay.
