Good Morning girls!!!!! I worked out 7 days in a row, and today, I am resting!!!! I am tired. It has been a busy couple of days. I was so thrilled this morning when I got on the scale, expecting to see a gain, and I lost 2 lbs.!!!! It has made my day!! I have counted my points all week, but last week I had 16 Flex Points left, and I only lost 1/2 lb. This week I had to Flex Points left, and lost 2 lbs. We went to McDonald's last night on the way home, and I thought that would really hurt me. I had a small fry, and a plain McGrilled Chicken. But, I lost 2 lbs.!!!! I am finally going down, and it has not been all that hard!!!! I have counted my points thru every day and meal for 3 weeks, and not just blew off a day yet. maybe that is why I am seeing good results??? Well, hope you two ahve a good weekend.
