Move It to Lose It! 3/22-3/28

Me again....I ran (walk/ran) 5.3 miles. Then I stretched out the lower body and did PS CST/MIS Back only/PUB Biceps only. I did some extra stretching for the upper body also. Have a good rest of the weekend!

Good evening ladies,

Today was a busy day...cleaned and organized. I also did the hi/lo from MIC, PUB down, PLB stability ball work, and KPC abs. Yesterday I did IMAX2 1-5, L&G standing only premix and PUB core. I am going to change my rotation a bit to include jump roping, like I was going to do a couple of weeks ago.

Good Morning girls!!!!! I worked out 7 days in a row, and today, I am resting!!!! I am tired. It has been a busy couple of days. I was so thrilled this morning when I got on the scale, expecting to see a gain, and I lost 2 lbs.!!!! It has made my day!! I have counted my points all week, but last week I had 16 Flex Points left, and I only lost 1/2 lb. This week I had to Flex Points left, and lost 2 lbs. We went to McDonald's last night on the way home, and I thought that would really hurt me. I had a small fry, and a plain McGrilled Chicken. But, I lost 2 lbs.!!!! I am finally going down, and it has not been all that hard!!!! I have counted my points thru every day and meal for 3 weeks, and not just blew off a day yet. maybe that is why I am seeing good results??? Well, hope you two ahve a good weekend.

Good for you Lori! I may have to rest today but I hope to get in a lower body workout and a short cardio and abs. Actually I HAVE to get an abs workout in to stay in the SELF Challenge. Have a good one ladies! It is a beautiful day here in South Carolina. Could reach 78...woo hoo!

Good going Lori! I'm planning on jumping rope for 20 min. once my son takes his nap, the ball work from PLB, abs (maybe ME) and doing some stretching, maybe with the Cool It Off DVD (Slim Series). Or just on my own. Don't know yet.

I have to work on my rotation for the week. Our day should be beautiful and sunny, if a little chilly! Enjoy your day ladies!
