Hi ladies! I hope you two had a good weekend. Randi, are you feeling better? Lori, will your week slow down a little bit or will you be a busy little bee as usual? Tomorrow is a teacher work day so I look forward to lunch with adults and taking our time to enjoy our food and talk...sigh....:) . On Saturday I did a little spring shopping. I was happy to buy size 8 pants but when I followed WW I was down to a 4/6. I don't know if I will ever be able to maintain that size again. I really enjoy exercise. Food is my biggest struggle b/c I really enjoy that too. I ended up with two rest days last week! Today I did a short cardio/PLB/PUB abs&SJP abs. I would have skipped the ab work, but I didn't meet my quota for ab work for the Self Challenge and today was the last day in this week so I paused the DVD player when needed and plugged away. Here is what I am planning for this week:
M: Imax/C&W Heavy Weight Premix/BC Upper Body Split
T: KPC
W: CTX Power Circuit WU, cardio, & circuits only/CTX Upper Body Split
TH: Cardio(run?)/2 ab workouts
F: PS SL&A + Kickbox cardio(short cardio or not depending on how I feel)
S: PS CST/MIS Back/PUB Biceps/at least 30 min. cardio
Su: Rest

Next week I will alternate endurance/circuit type work with cardio days. This week I need to keep eating healthy breakfasts and work on fixing healthy lunches. My eating stays pretty good during the week. It is the weekends where I mess up big time. Have a great week!

Good Morning Girls!!!!! My week this week is a little slower, but still busy. I only have one show this week, which is tonight, and I am kinda relieved. Three to four a week is alot. After this week, I get busy, busy, busy again. Today I am going to do PP Ub, 2 sets, BC cardio and core, and PLB ball work.

Do you consider eating popcorn, like Healthy Choice in a micro bag, eating clean?? That would be a better snack for me than my delicious WW's MooseTracks, right??

Hi Angela and Lori! I just finished up at the dentist again, she put the permanent filling in. I'm glad it's over but it's sore. Anyway, I'm waiting for dh so we can go home early...we celebrated my b-day this weekend but I'm hoping to get some extra time with him today too.

I was dealing with a stomach bug this weekend though, not sure why. I haven't planned out my week yet, but today I'm planning on doing the PLB/PUB bonus combo.

Lori, I'm glad to hear your week will be a little less busy.

Tonight I did CMAx/C&W Heavy Weight Premix. I wanted a tough cardio but just couldn't bring myself to do Imax as I had planned. 'Just wasn't in the mood. I hope you two have a terrific day tomorrow!

I'm back, just finished working out. Today I did the PUB/PLB bonus combo, PUB core and SJP hi/lo - I used the Workout Blender to repeat two sections to make it a 30 min. cardio workout. I had fun even though my little guy was underfoot for most of the weight work :). Nothing like having a little helper while you exercise.

Here's what I have planned for this week:

W: PUB/PLB bonus combo/IMAX2 1-5 premix/PUB core
Th: SB combo 2,3 & challenge premix/L&G ankle wt. premix/PLB ball

S: SB/L&G ankle wt. premix/PLB ball work/SJP abs

I have to go eat dinner now...I'm being paged from downstairs. Tomorrow is my first day at my new job! I'm excited. My workout schedule may change depending on the days I work in the office this week...I'll just switch days in that case.

I am doing Imax Extreme today, minus the weight work. Doing Imax gives me a headache, but breaking it up with the C&W's segements seems to help.

Good afternoon girls! I'm at my new job right now. I'm having some computer problems so I'm not able to print which gave me a few minutes to check in with you.

Lori, I have two children, a 5 y.o. daughter (Isabel) and a 14 mo. old son (Nicholas). Isabel understands all about respecting Mommy's workout time and space but Nicholas just thinks it's fun to "help" me.

Imax Extreme is on the Terminator DVD, right? I have that one on order, it should be here soon I hope. Can't wait to check it out!

This a.m. I did the KPC cardio cond. premix, L&G ankle wt. work and KPC stability ball abs. I skipped the wood chops on the ball though. I just can't get them and I didn't have time to perfect my form this morning.

Hey you two! I did KPC tonight. I was really in the mood for it too. I really enjoy this workout when I'm in the mood for it, but when I'm not in the mood I hate it....wierd huh? My hamstrings are still a little sore from PLB that I did on Sunday....LOVE this workout! Nothing works my legs better. My husband and I will be celebrating our 5 year anniversary this May. We are planning a weekend trip to Charleston. We may even go this weekend. May will be too hot. We haven't been away together since we've our honeymoon except one weekend at a Bed & Breakfast. I am very excited! Talk to you tomorrow!

I know what you mean about KPC. I love that workout but I have to be in the mood to do it. Congrats on your upcoming anniversary! I hope you have a great time on your trip.

This morning I woke up late so I only had 45 min. to workout. I was going to do Friday's workout today but I had to shorten it to just Leaner Legs since I didn't have time for PUB up. I also subbed the abs from LL instead of PUB core. Tomorrow I don't come into the office so I'll do what I had planned for today plus PUB pyramid up.

Where are you Lori?

I am here!!!! I did L&G this morning. I do my own Extreme, and pick what excercises I want to do twice. That is one tough workout....Everything is going well here. Enjoy your weekend Angela!!!!

I took a rest day....that time of month and hubby doesn't think we can swing the Charleston trip...feeling a little blue....pretty much moped around tonight...bleh;(
 
Today I am going to do either PS Ub, or MIS UB. I usually do PUB, but I am in for a change. I am also going to add on 1/2 of one of the Imaxes.

Sorry about your trip Angela. We have not been away either in 3 or 4 years. When we got the bonuses at Steelcase, we went at least twice a year, away together. Now we don't. We are hoping to go to the bridge this summer when my husband is on vacation. I am going with my mom to Chicago Mother's day Weekend. I am looking forward to that.

Hi Lori and Angela,

Angela, I'm sorry about your trip. I hope you are able to find a way to go still. We've been trying to get away together for several months now and it hasn't worked out yet either.

Today I'm working from home and I should have exercised this morning like I usually do. Later I'll do a SJ&P premix, PUB pyramid up, L&G ankle wt. premix and SJ&P abs. If I have time I'd like to do the stability ball work from PLB. The hardest part will be doing the cardio - if my son doesn't take an afternoon nap I may not be able to do it. It's too dangerous with him underfoot!

I pulled one out I haven't done in a long time....BodyMax. What a perfectly wonderful kick butt workout! I am in a much better frame of mind tonight. How is the new job working out Randi? Talk to you two tomorrow.

I'm getting ready to go shower and then turn in for the night. I did SB combos 2,3 and the challenge at lunchtime while my son was asleep, and did PUB up, LG ankle wt. premix and SJP abs this evening. Tomorrow the plan is IMAX2 1-5, one of the LG premixes and PUB core.

The job is working very well so far! I just have to get things set up the way I like them at home. It's going to be an adjustment at first.

I'm glad you're feeling better tonight, Angela. Bodymax is one I haven't pulled out in a long time, I always liked that workout.

Good Morning Angela and Randi. BodyMax is one I have not done in awhile. I just do not care for it. That and S&H. I did do PS Ub yesterday, and 1/2 of Imax 2, and PS was such a nice change!!!! That is not one of my favorites either, but every once in awhile to pull it out, I like it. My Ub is a good sore today. I will do that again next week and PUB another day, and take out PP. I am going to the Women's Expo in Gr w/ my SIl today. Tomorrow I am going to work it for Premier. Have a good weekend everyone!!!!!

Good morning Lori and Angela,

S&H and PS are two of my favorites. I am sticking with PUB now for the sake of consistency, and it's nice b/c even when you split it up you get such a good workout. I'm probably going to PUB down on Saturday for a change. Maybe I'll be able to go heavier.

I'm doing some work right now (well, not right now but you know what I mean LOL) and I'm waiting for my son to take his nap to do cardio. I couldn't figure out why I've been so tired the past few mornings and duh! It's that TOM again. So that explains it.

Anyway, have a great weekend Lori! No plans for us so far...just some stuff to do around the house.

My upper body is a little sore today from BodyMax yesterday. It is that good soreness...not too much....just a good worked feeling with a twinge of soreness in my triceps and back and shoulders. I am planning on cardio & abs today, but it's Friday and I am loosening up the workout schedule some so I may workout or not. It depends on what we end up doing tonight. P.S. I am trading for PS BBA so hopefully I will have the whole series soon. I am looking again at my rotation. I think the Pyramids and the PS series is too much in one week considering how much cardio I like to get in. Also, I want to TRY to do at least one to two weight days a week with little to no cardio. We'll shall see...:7
