Most dreaded body part to work...

Oh lower body is the worst, I agree.

The one exercise I hate hate hate the most is in the PS series where you put the leg that is back up on an 8" step and then do a static lunge. My quad on the leg that is back is always screaming!!

Oh I'm not overly fond of the 7-count low ends on PH, either

And come to think of it, the sit and stands in LL kills me too.

TRICEPS!

I'm the opposite. Upper body is my weakness. Especially TRICEPS! Tricep work is soooo hard for me. Those tricep dips kill me every time! Lower Body is no problem at all. My legs are super strong...I can go at least 10, 15 lbs heavier than Cathe, even with CTX Leaner Legs, I use 45 lbs. I don't know why that is...

I could probably do more if my weak arms could lift anything heavier over my head!!

I have a love/hate thing going with shoulder work! My shoulders are one of my better assets but gosh they can be tough to work! My 2nd one would be ABS, especially when I do them with Cathe! She makes me work so hard!! ;-) Susan

Another vote for lower body being the most dreaded. I have knee problems and have had surgery on one of them, so I have to be pretty careful. I hate hearing my knees pop on each rep! It doesn't hurt, but it's irritating.

Step ups are the exercise I hate the most. I used to do Firm workouts before I converted to Cathe and it seemed like the step ups were endless. I think I got really burned out on them.
