Most difficult terminator workout

I was wondering what others think is the most difficult terminator workout.
I love this compilation DVD and think that Gauntlet is the most difficult of the three workouts and that Viper is the easiest.
 
I think I agree Gauntlet is the most difficult but I think IMAX Extreme is the easiset (but I'm a cardio junkie :)).

I think The Viper is the easiest, then Imax Xtreme (med. intensity, but torturous length), followed by The Gauntlet - which in my opinion is the toughest of the three.

Try what A-Jock turned me onto - do The Gauntlet as a cardio workout only - fast forwarding through all of the weight cycles so it's an Imax interval followed by a Boot Camp cardio segment. Multiplied by six. Yowza!
 
I do that too! Only I just program in the chapters I want and customize it. That way I don't waste time rewinding! I love my Terminator DVD. Its my most used Cathe DVD other than Step Blast which I like to do for fun. I customize that one too with SJ&P. I love this tech. Its a bigger, better ball game now.
 
Another Gauntlet variation is to do barbell and heavy-dumbbell leg circuits ONLY during the resistance cycles; this keeps the load on the legs going, and gives the plyo-based cardio cycles a whole new meaning. I usually do barbell lunges and squats through the leg and compound weight cycles and skip to the next Boot Camp segment; in Cycles #3 and 4, where the leg cycles are unweighted kickboxing stuff that I don't want to miss, I do those and just squat and lunge through the compound and single-muscle weight stuff. The first cycle feels somewhat easy, and then BAM! By the time you get to Cycle #6 with my beloved Straddle-Taps your legs AND heart AND lungs are singing.

Hi there,

I agree that Gauntlet is the toughest Terminator workout! I will definately have to try skipping the weights on that one. Try this for a super workout: BootCamp cardio+lower body premix, followed by the Advanced High Step training cardio+lowerbody premix!! Love those ply0-based athletic styled workouts. I wish Cathe would add more Plyo to her kickbox workouts, that would be intesne.:)
