Ok...I've now seen a few posts where doing cardio first thing in the morning fasted is the way to go. However, where does one find the energy? I always do cardio second thing in the morning, right after coffee, and some sort of carb for some energy! Isnt it like trying to run a car on empty? It sort of sputters and then just dies out.... I'm just curious how one stays motivated doing the imaxes on an empty stomach...
