More Project Purr pics

How absolutely adorable they are! I love the big head and ears of kittens! The soft baby fur and their energy! Oh, and those great big eyes!

Great photos!

I found out this morning that the first cat I photographed, Lionel, was adopted this weekend. YEAH!!!! Another life saved.

Guess who will be finding homes because of you! The photos are great. The kittens are beautiful and you did a fantastic job. We adopted our little girl Tuli from petfinder because of the picture the photographer took. It was just too wacky. He really caught her personality and I like wacky kitties so she is a perfect match for us. Thank you for helping these little guys and girls find loving homes.

I keep hearing more and more bad things about the animal control center here.

I was told this story by a lady (Nancy) who is fostering some cats awaiting adoption:

Her own beautiful black cat, Milagro, was a kitten at the animal control center. They gassed him and put him in the freezer. Well, he wasn't dead, and woke up in the cold and dark, and started crying. Someone heard him and got him out of the freezer. This person called Nancy, who promptly came and got him. She said she told them they would NOT get another chance to kill this cat.

Milagro is Spanish for miracle.

This is why I want to help rescue these animals. I wish I could save them all....dogs and cats alike.

What a horrible story about Milagro! I'm just happy that it has a happy ending.

I'm sure your pictures will help get the other kitties adopted, too. They are so adorable. 3 of my kitties are from the pound, one is from fostering and one was a rescue kitty.
