Money best spent in 2005 on fitness stuff?

For me is definitely the Johnny G spinning bike and the Spinerval series. It gave back my fitness almost to the old marathoning level. My legs acually look better than when I was just running! Mari

My barbell set, definately. I can finally lift heavy enough to exhaust my muscles.

I really want to save up for a spinner! That will be on my 2006 list! :)

Way too many Cathe w/o's, not too many for me but my pocketbook said "ouch"..... my barbell set - I LOVE it.
 
Although I have not received it yet...I purchased a used full size step off of Ebay for $15.00 including shipping...I am so excited! I am sure it will be the best purchase this year for sure! :+ :7 :+
 
My rebounder, hardcore dvds, 8 lb weighted ball, and a NEW anti-burst stability ball to replace my deflated one :D

Not much, except for an eco friendly rubber yoga mat. Okay two, but I had to donate the one with jute in it (burlap) to the yoga studio because I NEED the skin on my elbows. The older I get the more I can say I have all that I need and I love me because that means I can waste money on things I don't need. :D

Mine is Cathe workouts, and another course, in dietetics, as well as a class in intensity training, so now I can work people at their *best* intensity level, so they burn the most fat, until they just have to have their normal high intensity in the workout as well. High intensity and doing it doesn't always mean the best fat burn. Find that right there, was well worth the weight of gold, as it's awesome, to bring someone's intensity down to whatever their level is, and watch them nearly burn 300 calories of pure fat during a workout.

For me it would be my Bowflex Select Tech Dumbbells...from 5 to 52.5 lbs and it makes changing weights a piece of cake...:)...Carole
 
For me Cathe DVD's. I have P90X and I am doing it, but I love working out with Cathe more than Tony. I am doing the weights with Tony but I sub KPC for Kenpo X and Imax 3 for Plyo X. I just bought three more Cathe DVD's just to complete my collection, two are signed by Cathe!
