Evening everybody,
It's so interesting to read what everybody else is doing, and how they put their workouts together. You all do such fun sounding combinations, like doubling up on upper body with S & H and Pyramids like Barbara. I'll have to try that one. Do you do one body part per week or more?
Anyway, I did Rhythmic Step and S & H shoulders today. RS was really fun, just got totally into it, that one really depends on the day for some reason.
