good morning. Today I will do 30 minutes of Ab Hits and Circuit Max. I also want to try to get out for a short run, since its such a beautiful day here in Chicago. I have a long tedious day at work and this should be plenty to distract me during the day.

My cousin ran in the Chicago Marathon and twisted her knee at the 20 th mile, but she finished in 41/2 h anyway. Anyone out there have any knee recovery advice?

Good morning ladies:)

I am trying to decide which step tape to do today. I haven't done any in a few months it will be step blast,step pump and jump,rythmic step or all step.

I have been more in to kickboxing,weights and pilates. I will try and fit in a stewp tape at least 1 day a week.

Suzanne....congrats to your cousin! Not at all a bad time with a sore knee. I sure wouldn't run much for about a week if I were her. There are many kinds of knee problems too. I would ice the area and do alot of stretching and walking.

Deb...I don't do much step myself when I am marathon training...:(...I do miss it.

Mariángeles..most people that work hate mondays too! Sunds like you are getting in a good workout, that should help.

I am doing a 5 mile run and P90X Core Synergistics...enjoy the day...:)...Carole

Hello! This morning I did KPC, this afternoon I'll be walking our puppy for about 30-40 minutes and this eveing I'll do a bit of Pilates(20-30 mn).:) Susan

It's so interesting to read what everybody else is doing, and how they put their workouts together. You all do such fun sounding combinations, like doubling up on upper body with S & H and Pyramids like Barbara. I'll have to try that one. Do you do one body part per week or more?

Anyway, I did Rhythmic Step and S & H shoulders today. RS was really fun, just got totally into it, that one really depends on the day for some reason.

Hi all,

Because I didn't do anything yesterday, I did extra today (and because I didn't have to go to work). So I took Rover on his morning walk, then did the KPC drills and L&G standing legs premix and added on the ME upper body split (Incl. abs) in the early morning, which is a 90minute workout all together. Then son no.1 and I ran 5K just before dinner. And boy was he complaining of lack of energy and tiredness. Kids these days, no stamina :)

I'd take Carole's advice Suzanne, better give the knee rest and ice it and take it slow when your cousin starts running again. I'm still recovering from my knee injury (two months now).

Got an early start with a good workout today, I did some Timesaver stuff, SJ&P step with all the upperbody except shoulders, I just plain old ran out of time before I ran out of energy! The Timesaver workouts are new to me and I hadn't done the pushups with the 'row up', didn't make it through those but alas,....it keeps me humble and striving to get fitter.:)

I am so tempted to do a bit more upper body work but the house needs vacuuming so maybe that'll be my mini-workoutx( :p

Hi again.My workout for the day is done(the hilow of MIC and the hi/low of SJP with the abs and planks of this workout and the stretch ,of course).I am so haapy for the update of cathe.:) :) :) I have to choose my hardest workout to do it the 28 of november.It is going to be so excited working out thinking cathe is filming the hardcore.I can not wait.Maybe will be the gaunlet and bootcamp.:9 :9

Hi everybody, very very late workout for me today. But I finally did Slow and Heavy Chest only, Cardio Conditioning premix off of KPC and abs off of Leaner Legs. Nothing like a totally off day to start your week with.

Annette - at least you got it in! It would be a worse start to the week if you didn't do it at all, hey?

Deb - if you haven't already done your workout, I vote for Step Blast. My favourite step workout of Cathe's. Love the music.

Hmm, lots of KPCing happening amongst us today. It's such a versatile workout!!

Mariángeles - yes, I was thrilled to see Cathe's update, too! And look forward to seeing all the pictures once filming gets started.

This morning I did SJP, as is. No changes. Just start to finish. That workout offers so much variation, I find myself rarely doing it as made. It's a fun workout no matter how I do it. A great start to the day.

Gee-Guess what I did today? - KPC- the 51 minute premix-obviously a popular workout:)

I thought it was my birthday when Cathe gave the update but it wasn't--it just felt like it - YIPPEE! YIPPEE! If my husband thought I was addicted to this website now - just look out-he may not see me for weeks;-)

Well, I've been invited to a "toy" ;-)party tonight - this is sure to be quite interesting}( :eek:

Yes, KPC premixes must be very popular indeed:+ .....I just finished the 60 minute KPC/LG premix with abs followed by PUB stability ball legwork. Boy, my legs are fried}( I just hope I can walk tomorrow, LOL!!!

I am so excited about Cathe's update I am thinking about preordering a few more dvds....Yes I know next time I will just preorder the whole thing just like every other "reasonable" person on this forum did;) :D !!

Hi Maria, yes I am doing 1 body part a week. Like yesterday I did the Pyramid up only on both chest and back then went into S&H and took 2 section so next week I will take 2 different section from the S&H. Im just going to do this maybe 3 weeks. It seems to be giving me DOMS which I was looking for:).
