MON-TUES workouts

You know what? I do miss reading about other people workouts, so I'll start today and hoping that many of you will follow, OK?

This week is "one bodypart a day" week for me.
Yesterday I Nordictracked for 40 min then proceeded to do S&H Back followed by CXT Express "Back". My back was toasted!

Today was the same -- 30 min rowing, then S&H Triceps followed by CXT "Triceps". Now my triceps are fried...

Hi Mari...sometimes I think its just you and me....and calico! Yesterday I did Kickbox and the first 20 min of KPC. Then PS Chest and Back. Today was PS Legs, a 5 mile run,abs,triceps,biceps & shoulders. Enjoy your workouts....:)...Carole
 
Ok, here it is......
Monday was 30 minutes of AB work, PLB and 45 minutes on exercise bike.
Today was 30 minutes of Ab work, 25 minutes of Legs& Glutes, and 60 minutes on exercise bike, plus I do about an hr of floor workout at work at night, on Monday and Tuesday nights, tonight will have 15-30 minutes of upper body workout too.......... Rhonda:7
 
Yesterday I did 60 min. on the mountain bike on the trainer, today I just did Leg and Glutes and boy am I gonna be sore tomorrow!!! I also did the abs off of Pure Strength Strong Legs and abs. I hadn't done L&G in its entirety in a lonnnnngggg time and now I know why,sigh,lol!! :7 :+ I do miss having this accountability with others. Thanks for starting it up again!!:)

Yesterday I walked outside on trails for 90 minutes because it was nice out and the sun was shining. Today I did step,jump,pump the whole thing. I fell doing it but I was really pushing myself after all the chocolate this Easter.

Oh Sharon, are you ok?? I hope so, no where in the title does it say to Step, Jump and Fall. Please take it easy the next time.

Yes I feel great. It was a quick down then up so nobody would see me. I'm definitely not a dancer though!

I'm going to join in also. Hopefully, posting will help keep me consistent.

I'm doing the second week of April's rotation (subbing some of the w/o's I dont have with ones that I do). Yesterday, I did Step Blast and today was KPC, walking with the baby in the stroller and doing some yardwork with her in the backpack.
 
Well I'll join in too.

Yesterday I did Gin Miller's Simply Circuit and about 15 minutes of yoga afterward.

Today I planned on doing Cathe's Bootcamp but apparently had a bubble in my brain and started Muscle Endurance instead...but I just stuck with that since it was up and running! I only got through the first two leg sessions when the phone rang and I had to pick one of my kids up unexpectedly. I hated to not do all the workout so when I got off the phone I started the ab session and finished the workout which was perfect timing because when I was done stretching I needed to go so...didn't do all of the workout but most of it. This is why the Dvd's are so nice!

Tomorrow I will do BootCamp.
 
Today I did MIC (could'nt get through all of it:( ) I really need to work on my cardio. Yesterday I did PH and will do it again tomorrow. I am going to TRY and do PH 3X a week for the next 2 months.
 
Monday I did Intense Moves (G.Miller) and PUB, tuesday PS Legs and Abs and Power Max, and today wednesday KPC. I'm pretty fried (but feel great!!!), I might have to take tomorrow off...;))

MON AM I ran 5K with my sons and when I got back home I immediately continued with the cardio part only of CTX Kickbox and added the drills and abs of KPC. (My sons did their stretches).

TUE PM I did a running training on the track for an hour with a coach and 4 others including my oldest son.

WED AM I have done PUB/PLB premix and I wll be running 5K again this afternoon. Weather is absolutely great today, mild, clear blue skies and hardly any wind. So that should make for great running this afternoon.

Dutchie...have a good run! Today is PS floor legs and some abs I didn't do yesterday. Then Stepblast and maybe some Nordic added on if I have time. It does look like rain today. Clear blue skies soon...:)....Carole
