Precilla~ I've never tried iTrain downloads. Can you recommend some tracks? The blankets do have their names on them. Oh with my pumping, it's really not as much as you think 20oz/child....and that's for a 14 hour day.
My run sucked. I don't know if it was too hard of a cardio coach? or too cold outside? Or too windy? Or not enough carbs? Combo of all? Urgh. I ran 3.5 miles out....then had to take a break and rest at a bridge.....then I ended up walking the 3.5 miles back home. Urgh. I guess I "hit a wall". I was really hungry too. I need to bring a granola bar or something. On a good note...I burned as many calories as I would have walking or running....but just feel blah. Thank God these days are not so frequent. Urgh! I have to order some energy gels or somethign too. I've been dragging my feet about these....
