Modify-ability???

I am so excited to get these DVDs. They look top of the line, as usual. Because I have knee problems, I was wondering how easy it will be to modify movements so that I can get a good workout? I know others have this concern as well. You mentioned that "Travel Fit" is low impact. What about the others??? Will they be modify-able???? Thanks

This has been discussed before and some people think they can modify anything they are handed. After looking at the pictures where most of the moves look like they are airborne, I cancelled my presale order. I suggest you look at them and ask yourself whether you think you can modify some of these moves. I may order the Travel Fit and maybe the Step DVD, but the rest of them look way too brutal for my knees.

I was thinking I could modify these, but as the photos add up, and the number of moves in the air increases, I've started to ask myself if I really want to modify that much.:( If the MMA photos don't thrill me, I will probably cancel my preorder as well.

Bummer

This is a bummer. I also have a hard time with some (not all) high impact stuff because of a weird ankle. If only they would give us a darn modifier we could enjoy these as much as everyone else can. But I guess its all about visual aesthetics or whatever.

I agree. After viewing the pics, I may do the same; not sure I can or want to attempt all those airborne moves. Still on the fence about canceling. Waiting to see what MMA looks like

Unfortunately, this question seems to "fall through the cracks" every time it's brought up.
I guess the photos have to give us our answer.

I'll likely keep this pre-order, but I'll be more cautious next time around.
