I just finished my new favorite afternoon snack...plain non-fat yogurt mixed with defrosted frozen blueberries and raspberries and a teaspoon of organic honey. All it needed was some Kashi Go Lean! sprinkled on top. Next time....

It's a cereal, usually found in the "health" section of the grocery store.

Kashi is little pieces of puffed cardboard that dieters convince themselves they like when they're so weak from hunger that they can't think straight anymore.

LOL!

Actually, Susan (aka Smartass :) ) Kashi Go Lean! is very tasty. It's really crunchy and pretty sweet. Even my little one likes it.

I love Kashi & most of the other cardboard cereals! But then I'm an old hippie who loves whole grains more than anything else.

Actually, it is very good and sweet unless your palate is conditioned by Fruity Pebbles, Cocoa Puffs or Sugar Honey Smacks. Then you'd only have to dump another half-cup of sugar to your cereal bowl to make up. LOL!

Donna, you've almost exactly described my typical bedtime snack: plain non/low-fat yogurt, blueberries, Simply Fiber cereal (it's as close to hay as you can find :), and ground flax seed. Yum yum.

I combine Dannon Light yogart with Fiber One or Bran Buds and Kashi Go Lean - I eat it twice a day, and it tastes like a dessert! Yummy! I'm an ice cream freak, and this is a good substitute.
