Hope your boys are feeling better and recovering from being under the weather. I was wondering if you will be filming the MMA workouts this weekend? Will Jai be available for the filming of this series? We're all looking forward to seeing her. Thanks.

Yes, I'd love to know when the last Shock Cardio workouts will be filmed and I believe MMA are the only ones left.......

I'm very curious about Jai, too.... her form is amazing! I knew it from the dvds, but in person at the road show I was even more amazed and impressed!
