I am new to the forum although I have been doing Cathes tapes for a while. I have been using the PS series and Cory Eversons Get Hard and needed a change. I have become very strong but really want more definition in my upper body. I tend to get bulky in the quads and want to work my legs appropriately. I am finishing my first week of SH (Do you think the legs will be too bulking? I am thinking I will just use low weight) and will continue the rotation for 2 more weeks, then want to do Marlenes Tank Top Arms Rotation, so I am going to purchase some more workouts. I was wondering what the difference is between MIS and PowerHour? Can one replace the other? Also, about CTX, it just doesn't seem worth it to me, but everyone seems to be a fan of the series....What are the shoulders, biceps, and triceps workouts comparable too? How do you use the cardio parts? I tend to do lengthy cardio workouts, trying to stay in "the zone" for 40min to and hour and the workouts on the DVD seem too short. I would appreciate any input you have. Another quick question, how much cardio is considered "too much" as far as conflicting with strength gains? I am very excited about this forum and look forward to exchanging more info. I don't know anyone who is as into fitness as I am so it is wonderful for me to find so many people just like me!
