What's the difference between these two workouts. I have both of them and like them alot (I haven't done MIS in a long time), I do other Cathe/Firm weight tapes. Right now I'm doing the Total Body Blast rotation and tacking on CXT cardios and subing PLB with LL or SL or other Firm Lower Body Workout and instead of Cardio and Weights, I use either Circuit Max or a Firm Classic or Cardio and Weights (depending on my mood). Tonight ME came up in the rotation but I was considering doing MIS
