MIS Vs. ME

What's the difference between these two workouts. I have both of them and like them alot (I haven't done MIS in a long time), I do other Cathe/Firm weight tapes. Right now I'm doing the Total Body Blast rotation and tacking on CXT cardios and subing PLB with LL or SL or other Firm Lower Body Workout and instead of Cardio and Weights, I use either Circuit Max or a Firm Classic or Cardio and Weights (depending on my mood). Tonight ME came up in the rotation but I was considering doing MIS :)
 
In ME she mixes it up a bit more. You do leg presses then squats,then to chest and back then you go and do more leg presses. She mixes the leg work in through out the video instead of in just one section. Her AB section is great. I actually prefer ME over MIS or PH now(but I still do them for variety!). ;-) Hope this helps-Susan
