It is not enough weight work. You would have to do it twice. You would want to do this order....
chest, back, bicep, shoulder, tricep
Atleast that is what I would do. Twice per week:
chest/back
shoulders/abs
bicep/tricep and then repeat for total of 6 days one day rest.
I would suggest putting something else in there as well, some other vid.
