MIS... kills me every time!

I can do PH, ME, BM, LL, PUB... any of them basically, but whenever I do MIS I can totally feel it the next day all over! I just love that tape.

Maybe it is because I know the reps aren't quite as long and I go heavier - who knows. But, if you don't have it - GET IT!
 
This past Sunday, I did MIS for the first time in almost two years after just coming off of an 11-wk strength rotation (PS, then S&H). It didn't seem that hard when I did it, but I had killer DOMS in my legs for two days afterward. It was my first Cathe tape. It's a great workout!:)
 
I love MIS!!!! What a terrific workout - I am deciding between Power Hour and MIS for tomorrow. I will see how I feel!:)
 
This is very strange, because I definitely have never gotten sore from MIS, in fact the only Cathe strength workout that has ever made me sore the next day is the strength stuff from her Wedding Video. I generally don't get sore from strength training, but for some reason I really feel Keli Roberts' Step it Strong the next day-- especially in the hamstrings. Hmm.. wonder why?

MIS and MIC were my first Cathe Videos, and bodymax came next. I love flow the of mis, more gym style rotation. PH and ME seem to change muscle groups more frequently and don't flow as well as mis IMHO.
