I was wondering if anyone preordered Mindy's new All Systems Go workout. It sounds pretty good, but I just bought several new workouts, so I held off on this one.:)
 
I'm dying to hear reviews of "All About Arms." I have her "All About Legs" and it's an interesting workout with a freestyle approach. I'm curious what exercises she'll include...
 
Which one is the Bruce Mylrea workout? I really like Mindy's workouts, so I'm anxious to hear what people think of the All Systems Go workout in particular.:)

What the heck was that and how do you find this stuff! You are hilarious! BTW- red mct- Thanks for the Jari Love tip. I bought her DVD on your recommendation and it is great.

i preordered 5 of the new workouts. just got gliding gone wild. havent done it yet. the others wont ship until february. i love gliding. the pain the next day is amazing.

Shelley , that was SOOO FUNNY. I burst out laughing. And couldn't help but think that is what I look like to my DH and certainly to my 20 yr old DS!. i love the "still working the kinks out" (imagine Cathe saying that in one of her DVDs!) and the "you need 1/2 a ball"
 
I ordered The Bootylicious Gliding One and All Systems Go, as well as All About ARms. I really like All About Legs. I also have Gliding Gone Wild and it's surprisingly fun. I like it but I use it days when I want my cardio to be a little less intense with more focus on working the legs. I love Gliding for working the legs. It really gets them differently than traditional exercises. The only thing I seem to get a bit sore from these days is Gliding. If you really press into the floor -- it works even better.
