You posted below about doing PS series twice a week and getting good results. How did you rotation look? And did you do any cardio with it?

Hi Annette!

For the summer months (because my schedule was crazy) all I was doing was PS. I would do Legs, CST, BBA, rest, and then just start again. I would lift as heavy as possible but always keeping my form good. I didn't have time to get cardio in since my kids were keeping me busy, but the results from just the weight work was/is great! Now that school's back in session I'm adding in the CTX cardio portions and will be finishing up the PS series at the end of the month.
