I just *gasp gasp* finished this for the first time. Once past the *hideous* outfits (which didn't take long)and the one disco song, this one is really a keeper! fun and intense!

Congrats on finishing MIC, it's an awesome workout, I love the way Cathe looks spent and dishevelled by the end of the hi/lo (who wouldn't!). I think their outfits are pretty cute and no butt floss
