MIC Substitution

I have a quick question on a sub for MIC that I'd like some feedback on. I'm currently doing the August 2004 rotation and MIC is there (my old nemesis, I can do it, but I don't like it very much b/c it's hard and the hi impact of the hi/lo is really hard on my knees as well as the downstairs neighbors). Also, I've really been trying to sub in HC videos where appropriate b/c I want to try them all!!! And boy am I sore! Anyway, do you think that LoMax would be a good sub for MIC? And if not what else? I have pretty much all the videos so feel free to suggest away!:7

Hi Mattea,
I just did LowMax tonight. Whoa, are my legs fried. I sweat more tonight than I have in a long time (yes even Imax). It must be all those low moves using the quads and hams so much. I just finished three hours ago and my Glutes, hams and Quads are already screaming. It will be interesting to see what happens when I get out of bed in the morning. I may have to take my dog on a "crawl".
The choreography is a little challenging at first, but I usually had it toward the last two times during the step intervals.
Cathe was very creative this time. I don't have all her step workouts yet, but there was a 6 count mambo on the step, reverse mambo off the step. Also a reverse v and some other stuff. It is fun to learn new stuff though.\\
I've rambled on enough about this work out....can you tell I LOVE IT?!
I hope there will be a LowMax 2,3....etc. in our future!!

Thanks for the input. LoMax was successful this morning I only over my step twice (the new 8' height I think). It was also WORK! I loved it and I love challenging choreography. I'm looking forward to doing it again, just as soon as my clothes dry! You're right on about the sweat!
