MIC- Steady State Cardio?

Hi everyone,
I don't own MIC and need to sub another cardio for it. Can someone tell me whether it is steady state or interval. Thanx
 
It's steady state, with just a little interval work at the end. Step Blast would be a good sub.

According to my HRM, the Hi-lo section is interval in nature too. The workout is a mix of steady state and interval. More interval than SB but less than the IMAXes. It is by far the best cardio calorie burner from Cathe that I have tried (more calories than any IMAX, LowMax, PowerMax, KPC etc).

I've you've got the stamina for it, the best sub for MIC would be the SB/SJP premix that puts all the cardio portions together. It runs 90 minutes.
