Basic Premixes:

2. Warm Up + Main Routine + Muscle Meltdown (Chest) + Stretch
3. Warm Up + Main Routine + Muscle Meltdown(Chest) + ICY Core + Stretch
4. Warm Up + Main Routine + Blizzard Blast + Stretch
5. Warm Up + Main Routine + Blizzard Blast + ICY Core + Stretch
6. Warm Up + Main Routine + Blizzard Blast + Muscle Meltdown(Chest) +ICY Core + Stretch
7. Muscle Meltdown (4 rounds) Warm up + Muscle Meltdown(Chest) rounds 1-3 + round 3 + Stretch

Timesaver Premixes:

1. Warm Up + Blizzard Blast + Stretch
2. Warm Up + Muscle Meltdown(Chest) + Stretch
3. Warm Up + Blizzard Blast +Muscle Meltdown(Chest) + Stretch
4. Timesaver Mish Mosh

Mish Mosh Premixes:
1. Scrambled #1. We change the order of some rounds and mix in some Blizzard Blast intervals
2. Scrambled #2. We change the order of some rounds and mix in some Blizzard Blast intervals.
3. Scrambled #3. Mixes all 3 Muscle Meltdown rounds throughout the workout
4. Scrambled #4. We mix ICY Core Abs #1 throughout the normal routine
5. Double iT #1 - Warm Up + Main Routine + Main Routine + Stretch
6. (Double iT #2+ BB ) - Warm Up + Main Routine + Main Routine + BB +Stretch

Looks as versatile as I had hoped! Mish Moshes are awesome. One thing I was hoping for was a premix with no plyo jacks like the ICE Lower Body Blast. Haaha!
