HSTA is one of my favorite workouts! I must be the odd man out though because I like all the leg presses. I use a 15lb dumbbell and 5 risers and get a great glute workout.
So as of today, since starting up in April of this year I can fit into a skirt that I used to wear 11 years ago!
I had a bunch of cute skirts that I loved but could not fit into as comfortably as they were meant to be but couldn't let go of because I adored them. Anyway there was one particular one that really wouldn't fit in June. Today not only did it sit right at the hip...there were no bulges above it and the side view was perfect.
I used mostly High Step Circuit and The Firm Vol.1 plus a sprinkling of other Cathe's and Firms. But the main two were these.
Diet was strangely enough all over the place. It's weird how I would eat sooo badly and then the scale would drop. It got to the point where I have to say that dieting guidelines don't make sense. I didn't have to stay below 2000. I tried to but my best weigh ins were always after binge weeks.
I like to pretend it's Nutrient cycling but really it was just me wanting Wendy's over baked chicken breasts usually.
