Sorry about that, I completely must of by-passed it, I have had a funny weekend, and been out Christmas shopping all day, just about crippled after fighting my way through Nottingham !!!!
Yes, please, I would love to know which Firm tapes you would recommend, because there are so many of them ? I like a mixture of cardio and weights combined, so anything along those lines, thankyou
I have ordered 2 Karen Voight tapes from Amazon.com (Energy Sprint & Lean Legs and Buns), and I found their service very good. I must admit I was holding my breath waiting for a massive bill from customs for opening my parcel, but they didn't open it, maybe because it is in an Amazon box and easily recognised ?
Have you had any extras to pay on stuff coming from Amazon.com ?
Well, got to go, can't decide whether to do IMAX (I feel in the need for some punishment) or PH ? I HATE decisions !!!!!!!!!!!!
