I am training for a triathalon and have really cut back on my weight training. I did MIS the other day, and I couldn't believe how weak I felt.
My question - Is Mesocycle #1 (endurance) designed to prepare you for the next 2 mesocycles? Or would if be wise for me to get back to my normal strength.
